    Easy Return Policy

    Returns and Refund Policy

    Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any returns for product must be received back to us from 30 days from the date of purchase.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any merchandise in "new and unused" condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees. Return shipping cost may be significantly more than our rate and is the responsibility of the returnee. Please check with your carrier of choice for actual shipping rates prior to contacting Best Babie for a return authorization.

    "New and unused" means the product must be in saleable condition, not used, worn, dirty and not washed. For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns with any indications that it has been used, installed or applied. This includes, but is not limited to, items requiring assembly that have been assembled and unsealed videos, DVDs and CDs.

    Merchandise that has been opened will NOT be accepted for returns.

    Non-returnable items:

    Gift cards

    Strollers and Car Seats. When a car seat or stroller is shipped out from our warehouse, we can not guarantee that the product has not been tampered with, therefore we can not accept returns for these types of products.

    Any food or hygienic sensitive products.

    To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a completed RMA form, and an authorization number for the approved RMA form. Please follow the below steps:

    1. Download our Return Merchandise Authorization form here
    2. Once you download and fill out the form e-mail the form back to
    3. When we approve the form, we will send you an authorization number.
    4. Ship the product back to the address on the authorization. You are responsible for the shipping fees to return the items back. You can ship using USPS, Fedex, or UPS.
    5. After we receive the product, we will inspect the package, and process your return.

    *Any products shipped back without an authorization number will be rejected.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.



    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or a store credit will be issued, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically 3-5 business days after we have informed you we have initiated the refund.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    “Offer” items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately products sold under the “Offers” category or tab cannot be refunded.


    Bundled items or packaged items or buy 1 get 1 free items

    If the item was sold as a bundle or packaged with other products, the other items must also be returned and must adhere to our Returns Policy and be returned in resalable condition. Any bundled or packaged items sold as “bundle” must be returned as a bundle or it will not be eligible for return


    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to the manufacturer or if it was caused by Best Babie’s logistics and warehousing. Any damage caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, Fedex, USPS), you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  or mail us at:

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


    To return your product, you should contact Best Babie first to find the mail to address.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is not defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
